Contract Administrator
- Contract: Full time / Permanent
- Working Hours: 38 hours
- 8.00am - 4.30pm (4 days)
- 8.00am - 2.00pm (1 day)

- Reporting To: Contracts Manager
- Location: Unit C2, 20 Heron Rd, Belfast Harbour Estate, Belfast BT3 9LE
Main Responsibilities
- Constantly review work management system for newly received work orders.
- Liaise with contract managers to agree resource requirement.
- Assign work orders to engineers/sub-contractors as required.
- Liaise with assignee and contract manager to ensure all parts and resource time captured on work order.
- Update client’s measurement sheet with costs of completed work orders.
- Review client Purchase Orders and distribute to contract managers.
- Prepare approved costs for invoicing.
- Manage all client KPIs to ensure compliance and avoidance of service credits.
- Contact client’s managers for any extensions to KPIs that may be required.
- Collate and compile data for Management Information and Reporting requirements.
General Office Duties
- Handling incoming calls made to the company in a friendly and respectful manner
- Support accounts’ staff when necessary
- Assist office manager in additional duties as and when required
- Document production – including printing, photocopying and binding as and when required
- Back fill for other administrative team members as and when required
- Support contract/project managers as necessary
Essential Criteria
- A minimum 2 years previous administrative experience in a similar role.
- Confident in using Microsoft Word /PowerPoint /Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Five GCSEs grades A*-C in English and Mathematics or equivalent
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using Work pal
- Experience using Sage 50
